1. General Cleaning & Maintenance

• Structures

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to dust regularly.  Avoid abrasive materials that may damage the finish.

• For upholstery, vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment. In case of spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. 

• Agora® Fabrics

  • Clean Agora® fabrics with neutral soap in lukewarm water, not exceeding 30°C. Do not dry-clean. Iron at a low temperature and air dry the fabrics. Promptly address any spills or stains.

• Canvas

  • Iron Canvas before use.

  • Regularly dust or vacuum the canvas to remove debris.

  • For spot cleaning, use a mild soap solution with lukewarm water and blot gently. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight.

  • Canvas comes with inherent slubs that add to its natural texture and character.

• Keep wood surfaces away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping.

• Wipe metal components with a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners

• Place furniture away from direct sources of heat (such as radiators) and moisture to maintain its longevity.

• Use coasters and protective pads under hot or cold items.

2. Periodic Maintenance

• Tighten screws and bolts periodically to ensure stability. If any screws seem loose due to extended use or indelicate delivery, simply use an Allen key to tighten them.

• Check for signs of wear and tear, and address any small repairs immediately to avoid larger issues.

3. Outdoor Use

1. Do not leave furniture exposed to rain or extreme weather. These products are intended for shaded or semi-outdoor use.
2. The products are made mobile so they are easy to carry and move!

• Custom Orders- For custom orders, variations in design, material, or finish may apply. These customizations are made in consultation with the client and are not subject to returns or exchanges.
